EXACOM, Inc. is a manufacturer of microprocessor based telecommunication products, systems, and peripherals specifically designed for: Public Safety, Emergency Management, Homeland Security, Transportation and TAS/Call Center applications.

The “Hindsight-Net” series of Multi-media Logging Recorders offers a wide range of recording solutions ranging from a single channel up to multi-recorder enterprise configurations. The “Hindsight-Net” series has recently been implemented in multiple high profile projects specifically as a Trunked Radio Logging Recorder solution in the Public Safety market.

The “EARS” series of recorders offers “Point of Recording” solutions for network distributed and Instant Recall recording. Applications for EARS include standard Instant Recall recording for 911 call-takers, radio dispatch, mobile and Multi-EARS enterprise recording solutions. EXACOM also offers a variety of Telecom and Radio Integration Interfaces designed to enhance transitional technology applications.

The “Simon” series of International Call Accounting Programs and Tele-Management Software are designed to provide multi-national corporations and global government agencies with security sensitive international tele-management solutions.

Last, but not least, the “HANDS” series of Homeland Alert Notification & Deployment Systems address the global requirement for rapid emergency alerting and notification specifically for organizational campus and enterprise environments. Example applications for “HANDS” are: airport complexes, utility and industrial plants, military bases as well as other campus and enterprise environments.

EXACOM, Inc. corporate headquarters and primary manufacturing facility is located in Concord, New Hampshire, USA. Our national sales and service office is located on the west coast in Chico, CA. We have other regional sales/service offices strategically located throughout the United States, and overseas locations in Europe (UK), and Asia (Hong Kong).
