Concord, NH. - EXACOM, Inc. and M/A-Com have teamed up to provide a fully tested and
certified fault tolerant digital logging recorder for use on the
M/A-Com P25IP VIDA based trunked radio system. The Hindsight-NetTM P25
digital recorder by EXACOM is integrated with the P25IP VIDA based trunked radio system by interfacing directly with VNIC communications.
Additionally, the recorder supports IMBE decoding, AES encryption,
with both manual keying and “Over The Air Re-keying” (OTAR) for NTIA/EIA
standard Project 25 compliance. This unique and specialized integration
allows users to rapidly search and playback calls based on the following
call specific data: Time/Date, Duration, Call Type, Talkgroup ID,
Talkgroup Alias, Caller ID, Caller Alias, Callee Alias, Affected Entities,
Patched or Simulselect Calls, Channel Name, Dialed Number as well as ANI/ALI.
Searching for calls has never been easier. The Hindsight-NetTM P25 digital
recorder by EXACOM supports up to 240 channels for conventional radio,
P25 radio, and telephone trunk/station set recording within the same recorder.
The system is configured with a minimum of 18,000 channel hours of on-line
storage utilizing the EXACOM unique “TRU-IR” feature. Additional on-line storage
capacity is available as an option.
